His concern is to provide an opportunity for as many residents as possible to become involved in this matter. The Planning Board advised they would be happy to accept email and/or letters of concern for their review. There being no further Board, Staff,or Public comment the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue the Public Hearing in this matter to October 1,2008,at 7:30 p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. Special Permit Cape Southport LI.C-Southport Phase III Approval of Materials Storage Plan for Southport Phase III The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Ron Bonvie who requested that the owner of record be changed to New Boston SPLLC. References were made to a plan entitled, "Proposed Stockpiling Plan for Phase III within Southport on Cape Cod, A Planned Retirement Community Condominium, Mashpee, MA,dated August 13, 20108, by RIM Engineering Co.,Inc. Mr. Bonvie explained that no materials would be stored in Phase I or Phase 11, that all materials would be stored in Phase Ill. All stockpiling will be done at the location of future buildings. No trees will be removed. Said stockpiling will be done out of sight of existing homeowners. Mr. Bonvie stated they he would like approval to begin construction of the roadway and the retaining wall.
