Page 16, #1 —The date of January 8, 2008, has been added to the"Jobs & <br /> Whitings Neighborhoods Commercial Space, Perinit Set, Site Plan, Sheet L1.1", Grading <br /> Plans and Drainage System Plans have been included. <br /> Page 17, #2Adopts the Phasing Plan, "_except that the completion dates <br /> shown on said plan are not intended to be a condition of this permit". <br /> Page 17, #3 -,-"With regard to lot coverage requirements,the Board also defers to <br /> the lot coverages represented on the above-referenced `Jobs/Whitings Residential <br /> Neighborhoods. Pursuant <br /> to those provisions, retail space will require 4-spaces per 1000 sq. ft., restaurants require <br /> 6-spaces per 1000 sq. ft., general office space requires 3-spaces per 1000 sq. ft., medical <br /> office space requires 5-spaces per 1000 sq. ft. and service businesses require 6.7 spaces <br /> per 1000 sq, ft. Based on an estimated mix of 25% each of retail, restaurant, general <br /> office and service uses, the proposed project was estimated to require a total of 202 <br /> 3 <br />
