Permit <br /> Representation: Attorney Jack McElhinney <br /> (As the Chairman remained outside of the meeting room, the <br /> Vice Chairman presided over Public Hearing. ) <br /> The Vice Chairman called the Hearing to order and recognized <br /> Attorney Mcllhinney. <br /> Attorney Mcllhinney stated there were a few minor details <br /> to be addressed to Mr. Rowley's satisfaction. Ground water was <br /> unexpectedly found in an area of the Phase II Plan; there are <br /> minor issues regarding Fin"Me aot Road. He requested this item <br /> be continued to the next meeting. He further requested a signed <br /> copy of Modification #16. <br /> Eric Smith stated approval had been made on June 6th by the <br /> Board, there have been no appeals filed within the twenty ( 0) <br /> day period as verified by the: own Clerk. <br /> Board members Patrick Coffey, Martine Meijering, Dennis <br /> Balzarini and Robert Covoni signed. Special Permit for <br /> Modification #16-willowbend Development Corporation. <br /> Attorney Mclhinn.ey notarized signatures to the document. <br /> The Vice Chairman entertained a motion to continue <br /> MOTIM Martine Meijering made a motion to continue <br /> Approval of Definitive Plan to delete Fin'Me Cot Road and Lots <br /> 13-20 to September 4, 1996 at 6:45 p.m, said motion was duly <br /> seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously, <br /> (The Hearing for Willowbend. Development Corporation was <br /> thereupon concluded at 7:45 p.m. ) <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Cape & IslandsEngineering-Robert H.
