Plugge Public <br /> Hearing-Approval of Definitive Plan-Childs River Estates was <br /> thereupon concluded at 8:00 p.m. ) <br /> The Chairman recognized a member of the public who addressed <br /> himself as Charlie, Dranitz, owner of lots in Winslow Heights, <br /> seeking release of Covenants. <br /> Tom Fudala explained Mr. Dranitz is the owner of uncovenant <br /> released lots. He requested his desire to appear before the <br /> Board in an attempt to have some covenants released. <br /> The Chairman determined this matter was not scheduled on the <br /> agenda, but that a brief discussion could take place. <br /> Mr. Dranitz made reference to his four (4) Lots as shown on <br /> Plan entitled, Winslow Heights Subdivision of Land, Mashpee, NA, <br /> for Winslow Cape Realty Trust. He explained that he had not been <br /> able to obtain a covenant release because he was unable to repair <br /> and pave the roads. It is his understanding that the roads have <br /> now been repaired by an owner of the remaining lots. He <br /> identified his property as Lots 1, 99, 100 and 26. <br /> Tom Fudala mentioned there are problems with drainage <br /> construction in the Kelly Road area, which should be addressed. <br /> The Chairman requested he fill out the appropriate form to <br /> make a formal request for release, which would then be forwarded <br /> to the Consulting Engineer for his inspection and approval. <br /> The Chairman suggested Mr. Dranitz work with the Town <br /> Planner to identify where the drainage problems are and try to <br /> remedy them. <br /> (The informal discussion with Mr. Dranitz was thereupon <br /> concluded at 8:08 p.m. ) -8- <br />
