"WuyakdYl4M°
16 Great Necfe Road North.
Aashyee, Aassachusetts 02649
affordable housing. Goals, policies, and actions are consistent with the HPP but any additional
items added to the HPP can be readdressed during the update to ensure consistency.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Lynne Barbee- How will workshop results be organized and presented in the plan?
Ms. Waygan stated all raw data will appear in the appendix.
Mr. Lehrer elaborated it will live in the document itself. All data from the survey and workshops
are specific to certain chapters, and flip charts and survey results will appear in the appendix.
Cole Macinson- He asked if the draft plan was accessible.
Ms. Waygan puts this information online right away. She thinks it is still very preliminary and
needs to be worked on, so there aren't many versions to alleviate confusion. She needs to
review first as they are trying to capture everything, including 1998's plan. The final draft will
allow for a comment period as well as a presentation.
Mr. Balzarini asked if drafts will be provided to the Cape Cod Commission for review.
Mr. Lehrer affirmed that. He noted the Commission has regulations pertaining to the
development of the LCP. It has to certify that the plan is consistent with the RPP, which guides
the necessity for this process. The Planning Board develops and adopts the plan, the Select
Board approves and adopts the plan, then the Cape Cod Commission accepts the plan, and it
goes to Town Meeting for adoption.
ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Balzarini made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:22p.m. Seconded by Mr.
Richardson. All in favor.
Next Meeting: Wednesday, February 1, 2023 @ 7:OOPM
Res ctfujly Submit,.ed,
Christine M. MacDonald
Board Secretary
0
