At the last meeting he alluded to meeting Jack Phelan on Teal <br />Circle for Fire Department approval and everything is in good order. They are waiting on the <br />final pavement but all looks good. <br />BOARD COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission- Hosting the Regional Housing Strategy <br />Community Preservation- Meeting on June 1, to discuss the three applications: <br />Affordable Housing Trust, money for graveyards, and Disc <br />Golf. Wayne Taylor and her spoke and they want the <br />addresses and housing services for rental assistance and <br />mortgage assistance. Isolated lots are good for Habitat. The <br />Trust would have slightly over a $1 Million if October Town <br />Meeting awarded funds. Mr. Taylor and Mr. Lehrer want to <br />start convening AHT meetings monthly. <br />Design Review- <br />Color Me Mine is moving to North St. / Green St. Sign <br />passed, only 24s.f.
