Next Meeting: May 24, 2023 1:00p.m. at Mashpee Public Library <br />BOARD ENGINEER REPORT <br />Mr. Pesce discussed the Sherwin Williams inspection, it is not quite ready, and there was <br />grass in the detention basin. At the last meeting he alluded to meeting Jack Phelan on Teal <br />Circle for Fire Department approval and everything is in good order. They are waiting on the <br />final pavement but all looks good. <br />BOARD COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission- Hosting the Regional Housing Strategy <br />Community Preservation- Meeting on June 1, to discuss the three applications: <br />Affordable Housing Trust, money for graveyards, and Disc <br />Golf. Wayne Taylor and her spoke and they want the <br />addresses and housing services for rental assistance and <br />mortgage assistance. Isolated lots are good for Habitat. The <br />Trust would have slightly over a $1 Million if October Town <br />Meeting awarded funds. Mr. Taylor and Mr. Lehrer want to <br />start convening AHT meetings monthly. <br />Design Review- <br />Color Me Mine is moving to North St. / Green St. Sign <br />passed, only 24s.f. Section 174.55 says sign size cannot <br />exceed 10% of wall space. <br />Plan Review- <br />No Meeting <br />Environmental Oversight <br />Committee- <br />No Representative <br />Historic District Commission- <br />Meeting May 18t" at 8:30a.m. <br />Military Civilian Advisory <br />Council- <br />No Report <br />18 <br />
