Harbor Management Planning <br />Committee - <br />Hazard Mitigation Planning <br />Committee - <br />16 Great Neck R.oadNorth <br />Mashpee, .?Massachusetts 02649 <br />Meeting Tuesday, May 23rd. Mr. Oakley serves on this. <br />Has not met recently but will be hosting a workshop. Mr. <br />Lehrer will email the dates. It will be held in person but is <br />more beneficial if attended virtually. <br />REORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD <br />Nomination and Election of Chair, Vice -Chair, and Clerk of Planning Board. <br />MOTION: <br />Ms. Waygan made a motion to nominate Karen Faulkner for Chair. Seconded by Mr. <br />Balzarini. All in favor. <br />MOTION: <br />Ms. Faulkner made a motion to nominate Mary Waygan for Vice -Chair. Seconded by Mr. <br />Balzarini. All in favor. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to nominate Mike Richardson for Clerk. Seconded by Ms. <br />Waygan. All in favor. <br />Nomination and appointment of members to serve on Community Preservation <br />Committee, Design Review, Environmental Oversight Committee, Historic District <br />Commission, Military Civilian Advisory Council <br />Ms. Faulkner will stay on the Design Committee. Mr. Balzarini will remain on the Historic <br />District Commission. Ms. Waygan will stay on the Community Preservation Committee for six <br />months, as they are currently going through a round. Mr. Oakley will take on the <br />Environmental Oversight. Ms. Waygan noted he will have to work on getting it going again and <br />she is willing to help. <br />Ms. Waygan noted its mission is to guide the town's actions and decisions in consideration to <br />the environment. They worked on Warrant Articles pertaining to restrictions and removing litter <br />from roadways. They also worked on the fertilizer bylaw. <br />MOTION: <br />19 <br />
