DECISIONS MADE/ACTION TAKENARE IN BOLD 1. Public Hearing Called to Order: The Public Hearing was called to order by Jill Allen at 5:02 I'M. A quorum was declared with.the following members present, Jill Allen, Kevin Shackett and Lisa Meizinger. The Annual Plata was submitted to the members prior to the meeting. Mrs. Campos presented the Annual Plan and discussed a Couple of revisions that needed to be addressed. After a brief discussion, Ms. Allen asked for public comment. There wasn't any public comment. Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the Annual Plan as revised. Mr. Shackett moved, Ms. Meizinger seconded to approve the Annual Plan as revised. The motion carried. 3-0-0. Ms. Allen entertained a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Shackett moved, Ms. Meizinger seconded to close the public hearing. The motion carried. 3-0-0. The Public Hearing adjourned at 5:08 PM.
