4. Treasurer's Report, Warrants and Budget Update (Board vote needed)— Mrs. Campos <br /> discussed the few rent payments that are still outstanding at Great Cove Community and <br /> Asher's Path Apartments. She stated late rent notices have been sent and she expects <br /> payments to be made by all soon. She explained there are two vacancies at the family site. <br /> Both units have been offered to applicants and accepted by the candidates. She anticipates <br /> the renovations at both of the vacant units to be completed soon and the leases will be signed <br /> once they're ready. Two vacant units have been filled at Asher's Path Apartments, however, <br /> another unit became vacant on March 3 Is' so Margarete will be working to fill that vacancy. <br /> Mrs. Campos stated the accounts payables for the month March were standard. <br /> Ms. Meizinger opened a brief discussion concerning the number of renovations needed at the <br /> family vacancies and the costs associated with the renovations. Mrs. Campos stated she will <br /> seek reimbursement for at least part of the renovation costs at part of a Capital Improvement <br /> project. Mr. Gault briefly discussed the renovations that are needed in unit 15A. <br /> Ms. Allen entertained a motion to accept the 'Treasurer's Report. Ms. Mcizinger moved, Mr. <br /> Shackett seconded to accept the Treasurer's Report. The motion carried. 3-0-0. <br /> Ms. Allen entertained a motion to accept the Warrants. After a brief discussion, Mr. <br /> Shackett moved, Ms. Meizinger seconded to accept the Warrants. The motion carried. 3- <br /> 0-0. <br /> 5. Executive Director's Report & Updates (Board vote as needed) - <br /> a. Covid 19 Clinic—Mrs. Campos explained the first on-site vaccine clinic was held at <br /> I lomeyer Village and Asher's Path Apartments. Through a collaborative effort with Stop & <br /> Shop Pharmacy, many of our residents and community members were vaccinated with the <br /> Moderna vaccine. Stop & Shop generously donated a $10 gift card to all participants, plus <br /> they donated additional gift cards for management to use toward supplies to host a function <br /> for the residents once the Community Rooms reopen. <br /> b. Executive Director Search —Mrs. Campos presented the final draft of the advertisement <br /> for the executive director position to the members. She discussed which publications the ad <br /> will be posted in and the duration that it will run. Mrs. Campos stated the consultant will <br /> grade each applicant based on a matrix his firm has developed to narrow down the candidates <br /> before sending them to the board for review. Ms. Allen stated the chairs of both Mattapoisett <br /> and Brewster expressed interest in assisting with the selection process. A discussion ensued. <br /> c. Novogradac Audit- Mrs. Campos stated over the course of the last several weeks, she has <br /> supplied Novogradac with documents they requested to perform their annual audit. There <br /> were no findings with the Novogradac audit. She stated they also filed the Asher's Path tax <br /> return. <br /> d. Mass Housing AMR—Mrs. Campos stated there were no findings with the Mass Housing <br /> Annual Management Review; however, they discussed the need to increase the reserves <br /> funds balance to ensure there are sufficient funds to pay for any large-scale improvement <br />
