<br />Motion: I move the Town vote to appropriate and
<br />transfer the sum of $50,000 from the PEG Access and
<br />Cable Related Fund, the sum of $17,742 from the
<br />Recreation Revolving Fund, the sum of $25,000 from
<br />the School Lunch Revolving Fund and the sum of
<br />$1,379,950 from Revenue Available for Appropriation
<br />to fund the various department Capital Accounts.

<br />Article 4
<br />To see if the Town will vote to approve the annual
<br />regional school district budget for the Cape Cod
<br />Regional Technical High School District for the fiscal
<br />year beginning July 1, 2019, in the amount of
<br />$15,087,000, and further, to see if the Town will vote
<br />to raise and appropriate the sum of $1,037,767 to meet
<br />its share of the cost of operation and maintenance of
<br />the Cape Cod Regional Technical High School District
<br />for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, or take any
<br />other action relating thereto.

<br />Explanation: Mashpee's share of the Cape Cod
<br />Regional Technical High School budget is $1,037,767.
<br />There are 49 students from Mashpee at the Cape Cod
<br />Regional Technical High School, a decrease of 4
<br />students from last year.
<br />The Board of Selectmen recommends approval of
<br />Article 4 by a vote of 4-0.
<br />The Finance Committee recommends approval of
<br />Article 4 by a vote of 6-0.

<br />Regional Technical High School District Building
<br />Project for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, in the
<br />amount of $7,732,364, and further, to see if the Town
<br />will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $611,150
<br />to meet its share of the cost of debt for the Cape Cod
<br />Regional Technical High School District Building
<br />Project for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019, or
<br />take any other action relating thereto.
