Flammini request a Special Permit <br /> under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a raze and replace of a pre-existing, non- <br /> conforming single family dwelling on property located in an R-3 and Popponesset Overlay <br /> District(s), Map 118 Parcel 34,Mashpee, MA. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the homeowners for the Special Permit request to raze <br /> and replace a single family dwelling. Also present was Mr. Bill Masiello, Architect, and Sean <br /> Braney who is the general contractor for this project. This project is located in the R-3 and <br /> Popponesset Overlay Districts. This property is not in a flood zone and there is no Conservation <br /> jurisdiction. <br /> 7 <br />
