Mr. Ganzenmuiler seconded.All were <br /> in favor to close the public comments. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion relative to 25 Overlook Knoll Road, Owners, Michael A. and Stacey D. <br /> Flammini request a Special Permit under §174-17.1 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a raze and <br /> replace of a pre-existing, non-conforming single family dwelling on property located in an R-3 <br /> and Popponesset Overlay District(s), Map 118 Parcel 34, Mashpee, MA with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special Permit <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan — Prepared for: Mike & Stacey Flammini, 25 Overlook Knoll Road, Mashpee, <br /> MA,Date: June 21,2023,Prepared by: BSC Group, Scale: 1"= 10', File: 5079000,Dwg.: <br /> 6911-01, Sheet 1 of 1, Stamped and signed by: Kieran J. The driveway on Seaview Avenue as shown on the plans will be removed and natural <br /> vegetation to be added in that area. <br /> 9. The wall abutting Seaview on the site plan dated 6/21/2023 to be removed. <br /> 10 <br />
