As we move forward, we will <br />consider how that will affect other water levels in lakes or ponds in the area. It can affect the <br />water table. <br />Mr. Balzarini stated the tide at Poppy Bay goes out and in and he thinks there needs to be a <br />pipe. <br />Mr. Cotton commented that the discharge is drinking worthy. It's not toilet flush, it is drinkable <br />water. This is the cleanest discharge system with the latest and greatest technology. <br />TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br />Housing Production Plan update <br />Mr. Lehrer and the representatives met last week with the Affordable Housing Committee to go <br />over process and where to start. Similarly to the LCP, they will go through existing conditions <br />and they discussed a rough draft for the engagement schedule. Between now and the start of <br />the engagement, there will be stakeholder interviews with department head involvement and <br />meetings will be held in person and/or virtually. He will keep the Board apprised with the two <br />workshops and the survey. He is looking for people who earn above median income for the <br />area. The HPP will be submitted to the state for the New Year, <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission - <br />Community Preservation Committee - <br />Design Review - <br />Plan Review - <br />Environmental Oversight Committee - <br />Historic District Commission - <br />No Report <br />The Affordable Housing Trust was funded <br />$60,000 at Town Meeting. $200,000 was <br />approved for disc golf and $85,000 for <br />restoration of historic cemeteries in town. <br />No Meeting <br />No Meeting <br />Paul Colombo was appointed. The first <br />meeting is TBD, but coming soon. <br />No Meeting <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Terry Ronhock- She would like to comment under Old Business for Ockway Highlands. She <br />would like to submit some pictures. At the last meeting there were concerns of a large dirt pile. <br />She does not know how much is within the purview of the Planning Board, but it speaks to the <br />developer's consideration of the neighborhood and its neighbors. One picture shows the dump <br />truck hauling dirt from one pile with a 2021 sticker on it, it was not legal. There is so much <br />construction equipment being stored in this residential area.
