Oriental, Inc.mmmba Asia Palace, Fan�gyan Ren Manager: <br />Acting as the Local Licensing Authority of the Town of Mashpee, the Select Board opened the Public <br />Hearing by reading aloud the public notice on the Alcoholic Beverages License Amendment application <br />of Mashpee Oriental, Inc. d/b/a Asia Palace for a Change of Manager; located at 3 Greene Street, <br />Mashpee. <br />Wel Jia representing counsel was in attendance with Fangyan Ren, proposed manager of the subject <br />establishment to review the request for a Change of Manager from Meina Ko who is leaving this position. <br />Mr. Ren works at the restaurant and is familiar with the requirements associated to this position. All <br />necessary paperwork is in order as well as the payment of applicable fees. <br />Being no comment, the Select Board took the following action. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to close the Public Hearing. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman -Colombo. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes <br />Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the application of Mashpee Oriental, Inc. d/b/a <br />Asia Palace for a Change of Manager to Fangyan Ren as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman -Colombo. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes <br />Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Discussion Allrroval and Execution of SmmecialHTownwElection wWarrapt:m mNovember 7,w 2023 <br />Town Clerk Deborah Kaye:n <br />Correspondence was received from Deborah Kaye, Town Clerk dated September 6, 2023 requesting <br />approval of the Special Election Warrant of Tuesday, November 7, 2023. <br />Voting for Precincts 1 and 2 will be held at the Mashpee Senior Center. Precincts 3 and 4 will be held at <br />the Mashpee Town Hall, and Precinct 5 at the Mashpee Library from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve and executive the Special Election Warrant of <br />Tuesday, November 7, 2023 as presented. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman -Colombo. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes <br />Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />
