Arsproyal of the wFollowing: Appointments;, <br />_w w o0 <br />Environmental Oversi „ t Committee: Anne Malone_-mmMember at,,,Largem TermwE res June _30 2024 <br />The Select Board met with Anne Malone to review her interest in serving on the Environmental Oversight <br />Committee. The candidate was interviewed by the EOC at their August 30, 2023 meeting. On a scale of 1 <br />to 5 Ms. Malone received the strongest rating. The EOC agreed Ms. Malone would be a tremendous asset <br />to this committee. <br />In addition to the submittal of a letter of interest, a resume was attached for the Select Board's review. <br />Ms. Malone indicated she served on the Sewer Commission previously and has interest in continuing her <br />support of Mashpee by protecting the environment. Ms. Malone has a highly regarded resume with a <br />career in development and external affairs and well as honorable academic credentials. Ms. Malone <br />indicated she is a good thinker, and is very interested in environmental issues, and the preservation thereof <br />and would work towards the benefit of the Town of Mashpee. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to appoint Anne Malone to the Environmental Oversight <br />Committee as a Member at Large with a term to expire; June 30, 2024. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman -Colombo, <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes <br />Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Discussion and AlfrovalwofthewFollowin;,,,Resations: <br />Cultural Council: :Andrea Watson -:Member at„LargemmTerm Ex ireswwSeptember 30, 2026 m <br />Correspondence was received from Andrea Watson resigning from the Mashpee Cultural Council effective <br />September 30, 2023, serving the maximum term allowed in accord with MA Cultural Council guidelines. <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to approve the resignation if Andrea Watson from the Mashpee <br />Cultural Council effective September 30, 2023 sending a letter of appreciation to Ms. Watson for her <br />service to the Town of Mashpee. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman -Colombo. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes <br />Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />
