Meeting Called to Order: The meeting was called to order at 5:01 PM, by the Chair. A <br /> quorum was declared with the following members present Jill Allen, Kevin Shackett, Mary <br /> LeClair, and Lisa Meizinger. Also, in attendance was Kimberly Conn, Executive Director. <br /> 2. Public Comment: None. <br /> 3. Aporoval of Previous Meeting's Minutes —Ms. Allen entertained a motion to approve the <br /> general session minutes of January 13, 2022. Mary LeClair, moved, Lisa Meizinger, <br /> seconded. Motion Carried 4-Ayes, 0-Nays. <br /> 4. Treasurer's Report Warrants and Budget IlDdate (Board vote needed) The December <br /> Quarterly Financials were presented to the board. The Fee Accountant booked an entry for <br /> the DHCD Receivable for the estimated/approved reserve augmentation in the amount of <br /> $61,000. This entry brings the estimated reserve contribution through December to <br /> approximately $33,142. After a brief discussion, Ms. LeClair moved to approve the <br /> Quarterly Financials ending 12/31/2021, seconded by Mr. Shackett. Motion Carried 4- <br /> Ayes, O-Nays. The board then reviewed the warrants of January 2022, with no questions <br /> posed,.Ms. Meizinger moved to approve the January 2022 Warrants,Ms. LeClair, <br /> seconded.
