MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> APRIL 28, 2021 <br /> Mr. Furbush polled the Board for comments. Mr. Goldstein said he had no comments, and <br /> contractor bays are needed. Mr. Blaisdell said that the use seems the same as the other <br /> building that was previously approved. George had no comments. <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments, and the Plan Review recommendations into <br /> the record. <br /> Mr. Goldstein said that as a resident of Mashpee, he expressed that Cape Wide projects go <br /> over and above to keep their buildings', and landscaping of their jobs sites clean and neat. <br /> They do a great job! <br /> Dan O'Jala agreed that Capewide does an excellent job with the buildings, and Joao had <br /> already spoken to Charlie Rowley. He doesn't believe this project would require Charlie <br /> Rowley to look at this project. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board approve 53 Mercantile Way, Petitioner, JD <br /> Mercantile Properties, LLC request a Special Permit/Modification under §174-24 C, §174- <br /> 25 G (14), §174-75 D (1) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a second <br /> commercial building of approximately 5,000 sq. ft. on site to be used as contractor bays <br /> consistent with the existing use of the site, on property located in the I-1 and Light <br /> Industrial Overlay District(s), Map 88 Parcel 86, Mashpee, MA, with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan: 53 Mercantile Way, Mashpee, MA, Prepared for: Capewide <br /> Construction, Scale: 1"=20', Sheet 1 of 2, Prepared by: Down Cape Engineering, <br /> Inc., Stamped by Dan Ojala, Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, Dated <br /> 3/1/21. <br /> 3.
