This completes <br />the term of appointment for two consecutive three-year terms. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to accept the resignation of Nina Cocomazzi from the <br />Cultural Council with regret. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />Interviews Discussion and PossiblemAp roval_of the Followin&A 1M Antments: <br />Environmental Oversight Committee �Term,Expires wJune 30 202 ,Alexandra Zollo: <br />The Select Board met with Alexandra Zollo to review her interest in serving on the Environmental <br />Oversight Committee. Ms. Zollo currently serves as Vice -Chair of the Conservation Commission. <br />Ms. Zollo indicated she has been a Mashpee resident for t0 plus years, and works in the conservation <br />realm. This includes work experience with The 300 Committee Land Trust, Inc. and Conservation <br />Commission as well as Marine & Environmental Services in the Town of Falmouth. <br />Ms. Zollo stated she desires to take her professional life and place it into volunteerism to assist the Town <br />of Mashpee. <br />Selectman David W. Weeden, Chair of the Environmental Oversight Committee indicated the EOC <br />voted unanimously to highly support of the appointment of Alexandra Zollo. <br />Motion made by Selectman Weeden to appoint Alexandra Zollo to the Environmental Oversight <br />Committee for a term to expire; June 30, 2024. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Selectman Sherman, yes <br />Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Opposed, none <br />
