Collins initiated discussions regarding the formation of a working group or <br />ad hoc committee to work with the Town Manager for the purposes of sharing ideas, and concepts on <br />Community Development Block Grants. <br />In the past, the Town has relied on volunteerism when appropriate. Several individuals have expressed <br />an interest in assisting the Town Manager with their grant writing skills. Town Manager Collins <br />indicated he is seeking to have this flexibility to effectively coordinate and move forward with the ad <br />hoc group.
