The proposed ordinance <br /> would partnership with the fifteen Cape towns to establish the Cape Cod <br /> Wastewater Collaborative. <br /> The Town of Sandwich remitted communication to the Board dated <br /> January 31, 2005 regarding the concept and their concern towards the <br /> financial impact to the individual towns for both the department funding <br /> k <br /> as <br /> well as the future costs to the homeowners throughout Cape Cod. <br /> w <br />
