0 <br />Mashpee Select Board <br />Minutes <br />December 4, 2023 <br />APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br />Award of Annual Contracts for: <br />.1111.._...w......_1111....,�..............,.,..":-. ._w.wwww._..w.w_www.w.....w.. <br />Trash/Rec�clin Container Services: Cavossa Di osal Cor .: Rentalwwof Portable Toilets- Pi na Safe Sanitation <br />It is recommended the Town move forward with annual contracts for Trash/Recycling Services and the Rental <br />of Portable Toilets. This is the second year of a two-year bid. Current contracts are due to expire on December <br />31, 2023. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the recommendation of the DPW Director and award <br />the annual contracts for Trash/Recycling to Cavossa Disposal Corp, and the Rental of Portable Toilets to <br />Pina Sajje Sanitation for 2024. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Wyman -Colombo. <br />VOTE: 5-0. In accordance with the directive from <br />Town Counsel, the Town has new plans prepared for the recording at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds. <br />Motion made by Selectman Sherman to move that the Select Board approve and ratify its acceptance of <br />the roadway layouts for Ninigret Avenue and Old Brickyard Road, as accepted by vote of the Town <br />Meeting pursuant to Article 29 of the March 5,1962 Annual Town Meeting Warrant, as shown on the set <br />of plans entitled Road Taking Plan Nini ret Avenue in Mash ee Massachusetts and Road Takin Plan <br />Old Brick and Road in Mash gee Massachusetts both dated November 9 2023 prepared by Cape and <br />Islands Engineering, Inc.; it being the intent of this vote to delineate as a matter of public record the <br />boundaries and measurements of the layouts of said Town ways as previously accepted and as they have <br />been in continuous existence and public use for the past sixty years. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: 5-0.
