W Licenses: Discussionvand Approval of Annual Alcoholic Beverages Entertainment Lic_ ,,mmm , , <br />Acting as the Local Licensing Authority of the Town of Mashpee, the Select Board opened the Public Hearing <br />on the 2024 Annual Alcoholic Beverages and Entertainment License renewals in the Town of Mashpee. <br />The Hearing notice was read into the record to adhere to posting requirements. <br />It was disclosed that all licensed establishments have passed building/fire inspections. All licensed <br />establishments have passed health inspections with the exception of Wicked and Estia which shall be contingent <br />upon approval from the Health Department. <br />Rory's listed under Package Store Wine & Malt is temporarily closed for at least 30 days and is applying for a <br />transfer of license. The direct course of action is for renewal of the license, and then requesting approval of the <br />transfer from the Select Board and ABCC. It is the intention of the new applicants to not extend the closure <br />beyond the March 1, 2024. <br />The Police Department has confirmed there are no violations. The Treasurer/Tax Collector's Office has <br />confirmed that all licensed establishments are current on their property taxes. All license holders have filed <br />their renewal applications and submitted proof of workers' compensation insurance as well as proof of liquor <br />liability insurance as required. <br />Being no public comment, the Select Board motioned as follows; <br />
