Approval Not Required John West --- 26 Russell Road — Signature of ANR Plan Dividing One Lot Into Two the Chairman called this matter to order and recognized John West and Bob Melvin, References were rnade to a revised Plan of Land entitled, "'P'lan of Land in Mashpee, MA, Being a Division ol'Parcel 29. Map 120. Prepared for John L. and Cynthia J. West, Revised October 5, 2007, By East Bound Land Surveying, Inc." Mr. Rowley suggested a correction be made to the plan, a 5 1/2-ft. extension has been made to the plan, 5 VAL should be deducted from the 49-ft. as shown on the original plan. Fie determined that the scale is correct, the number is wrong, The Town Planner determined that a revised original Mylar copy of the plan is, required for signing/recording purposes, and that the plan should be stamped by the surveyor. Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to cancel the Wednesday, November 21, 2007 Planning Board Meeting; which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas OHara and so voted unanimously, The Chairman suggested the Board begin to review the Subdivision Regiflations. She Volunteered to submit, a packet of information to everyone, including the initial review made earlier by Mr, Rowley, She suggested said review be addressed section by section. UM
