Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to sign the Special Permit Modification in this matter for a private roadway through C I C ' 0IT11nercial to I I Industrial n Plasubmitted on August 8, 2007 and approved on September 19, 2007; which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously, Signatures,: Beverly Katie, Dennis Balzarini, Thomas OHara.and Harvey Cohen Special Permit McShane/I enrnark - Route 130 Main Street Special Permit Site Plan Modification -- Dumpster "I'lie Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Len Dumont, representing the Applicant, references were made to the revised plan, The Chairnian made reference to a Condition within the Decision, -The Planning Board voted 5-0 to authorize the Building Inspector to extend teniporarily the Certificate of Occupancy for the lien mw ark building to noexpire March 6, 2008. Notwithstanding the provisions of Condition #9 of the Special Permit issued for the Project on, June 7, 2006." There being no further Planning Board discussion the Chairman entertained a motion, M 0 1 WO -N ' : Thomas OHara made a Motion to grant, the Special Permit minor Modification to Kenmark properties, Route 1.30 Main Street, as it pertains to the location of the dumpsters, on shown on plan revised October 3. 2007; which Motionwas duly seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. NIO-EMn Thomas O'Hara made a further Motion to extend the temporary Certificate of Occupancy lbr the Kenniark building to March 6,1)008; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously.
