Planner informed the Board that there are no conditions in this matter„ <br />The appeal period has expired, <br />There being no Board diSCUSSiOn the Chairman entertained a motion fbr signature. <br />9QF-1QN--. Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to sign the Special Permit <br />Modification in this matter for a private roadway through C I C ' 0IT11nercial to I I Industrial <br />n Plasubmitted on August 8, 2007 and approved on September 19, 2007; which Motion <br />was duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously, <br />Signatures,: Beverly Katie, Dennis Balzarini, Thomas OHara.and Harvey Cohen <br />Special Permit <br />McShane/I enrnark - Route 130 Main Street <br />Special Permit Site Plan Modification -- Dumpster <br />"I'lie Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Len Dumont, <br />representing the Applicant, <br />references were made to the revised plan, <br />The Chairnian made reference to a Condition within the Decision, -The Planning <br />Board voted 5-0 to authorize the Building Inspector to extend teniporarily the Certificate <br />of Occupancy for the lien mw <br />ark building to noexpire March 6, 2008. Notwithstanding <br />the provisions of Condition #9 of the Special Permit issued for the Project on, June 7, <br />2006." <br />There being no further Planning Board discussion the Chairman entertained a <br />motion, <br />M 0 1 WO -N ' : Thomas OHara made a Motion to grant, the Special Permit minor <br />Modification to Kenmark properties, Route 1.30 Main Street, as it pertains to the location <br />of the dumpsters, on shown on plan revised October 3. 2007; which Motionwas duly <br />seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br />NIO-EMn Thomas O'Hara made a further Motion to extend the temporary <br />Certificate of Occupancy lbr the Kenniark building to March 6,1)008; which Motion was <br />duly seconded by Dennis Balzarini and so voted unanimously. <br />M <br />
