Rowley indicated that all of his concerns have beet) satisfactorily addressed <br />i <br />with the exception to tile landscape ssue. <br />The two outstanding issues are the planting plan and (signed) covenant issues. <br />There being no further Board discussion the Chairman entertained a, motion. <br />NIQ FL Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to sign the Five -Lot Subdivision <br />Plan sulmject to the filing of the Covenant and submission of a Bioretention Planting Plan; <br />which Motion ivas duly seconded by Myrna. Nuey and so voted unanimously. <br />Signatures: Beverly Kane, Dennis Balzarini, Thomas O'Hara, and Harvey Cohen. <br />Special Permit <br />Willowbend Couiltry Club, Inc. 100 Willowbend Drive <br />Signature Modification Special permit to Convert Three Villa Buildings <br />From Two to Four Units Each <br />The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Matthew Eddy, Baxter <br />Nye Engineering & Surveying, representing the Applicant. <br />The Town Planner indicated this matter was approved oil September 19. 2007, <br />there has been no appeal, and the Town Clerk has signed off. <br />Mr. Rowley suggested that any field adjustments can be made at the time of <br />inspection. <br />There being no Planning Board discussion the, Chairman entertained a motion, <br />MOM Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to sign the Modification for Special <br />Permit to convert three (3) villa buildingsftorn two (2) to four (4) units each in the matter <br />of Willowbend Country Club; which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and <br />so voted UnaninlOUSly, <br />Signatures: Beverly Kane, Dennis Balzarini, Thomas O'Hara, and Harvey Cohen. <br />M <br />
