i <br /> Mr. Megathlin explained that when the Special Permit was granted in 2001 <br /> Applicant had submitted a list of permitted uses. However, one of the proposed uses, <br /> health clubs, was not approved. There is a provision for.indoor recreation facilities which <br /> includes health clubs. There was a recent request for a health club which has since been <br /> withdrawn.
