Attorney Quirk explained that 8-acres of the land are being divided, a portion will <br /> be retained by St. Vincent's and the remaining parcel is being purchased by the Town. <br /> Said plan delineates both portions. <br /> After brief review of the plan the Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION:, Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to sign the plan dated June 12, 2008 <br /> as Approval Not Required under the Subdivision Control Law; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Chairman, Beverly Kane, signed the Mylar copy of the plan as well as the <br /> Certificate of Action. <br /> Discussion <br /> Zoning Articles for October Town Meeting <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order, asking the Town Planner for an <br /> explanation. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board of a minor change resulting from a <br /> question raised in a court case regarding the definition of"street". He proposed the <br /> following change in language, "A line dividing a lot.from a laid out public or private <br /> way.
