Convention zoning has solid design guidelines. Form based code is a <br />regulatory mechanism. Form based code can work in the most rural setting or most dense <br />metropolis, it is up to Planning to define. <br />Ms. Waygan stated she is on the Charter Review Committee and they each took a section of <br />the Charter and concentrated on it. Warrant articles are due <br />in February for May Town Meeting. Talking this out loud, it pains him to say it, but he suggests <br />finishing this document by July 1st so that it is ready for adoption at October Town Meeting. <br />Ms. Waygan proposed review of Housing and Sustainability for next meeting, she is hopeful to <br />cover two per meeting. <br />Review and approval of 2024 meeting schedule <br />MOTION: <br />Ms. Waygan made a motion to approve the recommended meeting schedule where the <br />Board canceled the meeting of July 3, 2024, with no meeting June 19, 2024 or October 2, <br />2024.
