(Owner of record: Triple M. <br /> Management Company, LLC.). <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A. <br /> Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise,a newspaper of general circulation in <br /> the Town of Mashpee, on November 10, 2023 and November 17,2023 a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the provisions of <br /> Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> A Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, December <br /> 13, 2023 at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present; Chairman, <br /> Ronald Bonvie, Board Members, Jonathan Furbush, and Associate Members, George <br /> Ganzenmuller, Charles Reidy, and Brad Pittsley. <br /> Attorney Christopher Kirrane represented the Petitioner, 3M Ventures. This is a request for an <br /> extension of the existing Special Permit to May 31, 2024. The Board may recall that this matter <br /> was before them six months ago and the Board allowed an extension until December 31, 2023. <br /> There were some concerns raised by the Fire Department, and the Board allowed the extension <br /> until this date knowing his client has consulted with the Fire Department. <br /> 1 <br />
