Public Hearing Called to Order: The Public Hearing was called to order by Jill Allen at 5:30 <br /> PM. A quorum was declared with the following members present,Jill Allen,Mary LeClair,Kevin <br /> Shackett, Lisa Meizinger, and Richard Klein. <br /> 2® Presentation of Mashpee Housing Authority's Annual Plan FY2025: The Annual Plan was <br /> submitted to the members of the board prior to the meeting. Ms. Conn reviewed the sections of <br /> the plan and discussed in detail the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). The Breezy Acres Roof <br /> Replacement was modified to be a building envelope project,as well as the Ho Byer Village Roof <br /> Replacement. Completed projects are the sidewalk& catch basin, vacant it turnovers, flooring <br /> replacements, and emergency hot water mixing valve. Projects added for Homeyer are laundry <br /> room reconfiguration, parking lot replacement, and dumpster enclosure upgrades, these projects <br /> were all discussed with the residents. The board then reviewed the remaining sections of the <br /> proposed plan and opened the public comment with a limitation of two minutes per person. <br /> Ck;l 0 <br />
