Fisher mentioned that the cost estimates that Dack was giving are not based off of the <br /> Municipal or County reduced rated of the estimated andproposed$32.00 dollars per cubic yard. <br /> The cost for the Town of Mashpee wouldbe more like $1.87 million vs. the $5.5 million that <br /> was presented to the Committee. <br /> R.Tomaino mentioned that upland disposal couldbecome very expensive to the Town.He also <br /> mentioned that permitting the project would be very difficult given what hehas seen with the <br /> Little River/Great River project currently underway.MEPA review process will be extensive <br /> given the cubic yardage we are looking at for the area. <br /> • Review of Draft Sections: <br /> UHI to Update Committee <br /> UHI has started to release draft sections to the Department of Natural Resources for review and <br /> correction. Draft sections will be released to the committee soon. UHI questioned how the <br /> sections should be rolled out for a more streamlined reviewed process. <br /> Timeline <br /> UHI informed the committee that some sections will be made available over the winter, once <br /> they have received input on the highlighted sectioned provided to the DNR. <br /> Release of Draft Sections <br /> The Committee recommended that all members review all sections as they are released and <br /> provide comments directly to UHI.
