When he spoke with the DPW recently, there were a lot of irregularities with Jacques
Morin. He needs to put up street signs and stop signs, fix failing culverts, as well as other items
mentioned. Mr. Dorsey would like to know what is going on. He was here a year ago about a
complaint regarding the huge mound of dirt that is all still there. Nothing is happening and the
road won't progress until Mr. Morin gets his act together to fix these problems. He is here to
hopefully get answers.
Mr. Lehrer stated Mr. Morin still has to submit an as built plan and bring the detention basins to
the satisfaction of the Board Engineer, who confirmed those were the final two items.
Mr. Lehrer does oversee the building department and the Building Commissioner made a site
visit today and noted a substantial amount of dirt has been moved. It will be determined if
further enforcement will be necessary.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2
