16 Great Neck RoadNorth <br />Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649 <br />Mr. Richardson made a motion to refer this application for a restaurant, tavern, 10 <br />indoor pickleball courts, and 6 indoor golf simulators at 51 Evergreen Circle to <br />the Cape Cod Commission as a DRI. Seconded by Mr. Balzarini. All in favor. <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Balzarini made a motion to allow the Chair to sign off on approved changes <br />on behalf of the Planning Board. Seconded by Ms. Faulkner. All in favor. <br />BOARD ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Casper Circle <br />Wrapping up, they are in the cue with Lawrence Lynch. <br />Ockway Highlands <br />Mr. Pesce planned to go next month to inspect, he is waiting on the side slopes to germinate <br />where the re -seeding was done. No other ongoing efforts. <br />He reviewed a recent project with ZBA. Mr. Pesce will be in Venice during the September 4tn <br />hearing. He will ensure a peer review and preliminary review is provided by him or his team <br />with his oversight. <br />He thanked Mr. Lehrer and noted his guidance will be missed. The next Planner will have big <br />shoes to fill. <br />CHAIR'S REPORT <br />Planning Department Staff <br />The Town Manager is currently working on Planning Department staffing. This is Mr. Lehrer's <br />last day as Planning Consultant. More news to come. <br />Request for Legal Services Regarding a Previously Endorsed ANR <br />It is Town Counsel's understanding, once an ANR is endorsed, it cannot be rescinded. <br />Mr. Lehrer stated there are three lots with inadequate frontage, which were discussed last <br />meeting. Ms. Waygan stated there is a process to challenge, but coming to Public Comment is <br />not that process. There is an ANR handbook for Massachusetts and she is not a Land Use <br />Attorney. <br />Report of an Attractive Nuisance in Ockway Highlands Subdivision <br />Town Counsel informed to send the Building Commissioner to the site, now that there are <br />approved minutes Ms. Waygan will do so. <br />5 <br />
