Her reaction has been with deep <br />syinpathy and improvements have been made to the firicility. <br />After weigliing on t1iis matter, the Select :lord expressed deep en-ipatlly for both sides stating it is not in the Select <br />Board's purview to make judgement., <br />1'own Manager Rodney Collins indicated the regt,Llations pertaining to the kennel. licenseare under review by the <br />Town Clefk., the Board of Health, and Animal Control. There have been two complaints. (kie has been reviewed <br />by the r,.,,orn.man.d structure at. the Police Department, with the MSl?CA, and the Cape & Islands Distxict Attorney. <br />There are, no challenges to the first complaint. rtw second. complaint is under investigation. <br />Governor Healy was noted to have enacted an Act to Increase Kennel Safety; Bill 1117-fouse. 4919 "011ie's L,aw" to <br />regulate pet, daycare facilities to increase, kennels-,afty. . 7here is no action for the Select Board. to take currently.
