16 Great Necks Road North <br />.wfashpee, Aassachusetts 0264g <br />Currently the Board is looking for help with Raze and Replace, HCP, and LCP. They are trying <br />to recruit a new Town Planner. They need to conserve as much of Mr. Fudala's time as <br />possible, there is not Administrative Assistant either. He is very busy keeping up with the <br />applications coming in. <br />Response to request for legal services regarding a previously endorsed ANR at <br />Sandalwood <br />Ms. Waygan will take those meeting minutes from that meeting and forward to people who live <br />on Oyster Way. She will follow up with the people who testified on that. <br />Report of an attractive nuisance in Ockway Highlands Subdivision (dirt pile) <br />Ms. Waygan will send the approved minutes about this to the Building Commissioner. <br />Clean Water Updates <br />Draft October 2024 Warrant Articles <br />The Annual Town Meeting is in November and there are some clean water items, open space <br />purchases, Articles 2, 5, and 6 were removed. <br />Mashpee Wakeby Pond Report Presentation to Select Board <br />Scheduled presentation for Mashpee Wakeby Pond got postponed. The Town Manager's <br />office is trying to reschedule. The water quality testing work being done by UMass Dartmouth <br />is being continued and taken over by a new group. <br />TOWN PLANNER REPORT <br />Local Comprehensive Plan Update <br />Draft under review of Cape Cod Commission. <br />Housing Production Plan <br />A joint meeting needs to happen, there is nobody to bridge the gap between Planning and <br />Affordable Housing. <br />Tim Dorsey re: 5 Blue Castle Drive lots becoming a subdivision <br />There are 5 lots there that are already subdivided. He would like to put up a sign to name the <br />subdivision. The woman he recognized as the namesake is laid to rest at the Indian Cemetery <br />and her family still owns the property. He would like to document it at the Registry of Deeds <br />and will notify Fire and Polce of the new name. <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Cape Cod Commission- Reviewing LCP <br />Charter Review Committee- New Town Counsel. It is being contemplated that some <br />changes to the Charter will require registered voters to sign <br />petition to create a committee. The change from Board of <br />5 <br />
