He asked if the Board should give <br /> the applicant the oppcirtunity to resolve those 2 issues. Mr . <br /> Mitiol-tostas said yes if the applicant is willing to eytend the <br /> hearing. Mr . Coffey said the Board has already given him the <br /> i:.-!p p or t un i t y. <br /> Chairman Ferragamo said they now know they can connect to Great <br /> Hay Road, but how does the applicant plan to improve it Should be <br /> asked by the Board. Mr . FUdala said the Board has to make that <br /> dec isi on. Chairman Ferragamo said if items 2 and 3 are not <br /> solved tonight , the Board has -to inform the applicant there are 3 <br /> principal issues still not resolved. <br /> Chairman Ferragamo suggested if issues 1 , 2 and 3 aren' t <br /> addressed tonight , they will suggest to Mr . Sullivan the Board <br /> has no more statutory time under which it can continue the <br /> hearing, sin the 'Board has to either close, the hearing and vote to <br /> deny the plan on those 3 issues, or if he would like to request <br /> an extension,. <br /> It was also suggested the Board will make the issue on Great Hay <br /> R.oad clear , but not suggest an extension, but if the applicant <br /> asks for- one, then the Board will give him one. <br /> It was also suggested the Board use the open approach and lay <br /> everything on the table. <br /> On a MOTION made by Mr .
