Coffey said the Board has already given him the <br /> i:.-!p p or t un i t y. <br /> Chairman Ferragamo said they now know they can connect to Great <br /> Hay Road, but how does the applicant plan to improve it Should be <br /> asked by the Board. Mr . FUdala said the Board has to make that <br /> dec isi on. Chairman Ferragamo said if items 2 and 3 are not <br /> solved tonight , the Board has -to inform the applicant there are 3 <br /> principal issues still not resolved. <br /> Chairman Ferragamo suggested if issues 1 , 2 and 3 aren' t <br /> addressed tonight , they will suggest to Mr .
