MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> November 13, 2024 <br /> The calculation is a function of the total number of parking spaces. There are <br /> roughly 1,100 parking spaces, and based on that calculation Mashpee Commons <br /> is required to have ten or eleven handicapped parking spaces, and there are (14) <br /> fourteen available spaces. <br /> There were no more questions from the Board and was well received. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Furbush made <br /> a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell, second. All were in favor. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer asked for a motion in reference to the petition. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issue a Modification to Petitioner, <br /> Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership to and existing Special Permit (SP-86- <br /> 04-024) to allow for re-purposing the use of an existing building located on <br /> property in the C-1 Zoning District, Map 74, Parcel 24, Mashpee, MA with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Special Permit Modification under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Existing Conditions Plan —Mashpee Commons Building 25, 14 Bank St., <br /> Mashpee, MA. Prepared for Mashpee Commons Limited Partnership. Sheet <br /> No.: C-1, C-2, Proposed Site Plan. Prepared by: BSS Design, Horsley Witten <br /> Group, Inc. Date: November 2024. <br /> 3. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record including <br /> but not limited to the Board of Health. <br /> 4.
