The applicant consulted with a flood plain specialist <br /> to work with and make the design work exactly how it should be. He said it's <br /> good for the neighborhood and Town. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell, <br /> so moved. Ms. Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion for the application. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issues a Written Finding to Stanley M. <br /> Hargus 2004 Trust under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow to <br /> lift a pre-existing, nonconforming single-family dwelling onto a FEMA compliant <br /> foundation in the same footprint, add an attached garage, and an addition on <br /> piers on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 125, Parcel 185, <br /> Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
