MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> November 13, 2024 <br /> Mr. Morris stated that this should be the "poster boy" project, and is a <br /> substantial improvement. The applicant consulted with a flood plain specialist <br /> to work with and make the design work exactly how it should be. He said it's <br /> good for the neighborhood and Town. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Blaisdell, <br /> so moved. Ms. Sangeleer second. All were in favor. <br /> Chairman Bonvie asked for a motion for the application. <br /> Mr. Reidy made a motion that the Board issues a Written Finding to Stanley M. <br /> Hargus 2004 Trust under §174-17 and §174-33 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow to <br /> lift a pre-existing, nonconforming single-family dwelling onto a FEMA compliant <br /> foundation in the same footprint, add an attached garage, and an addition on <br /> piers on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 125, Parcel 185, <br /> Mashpee, MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan - Prepared for Stanley Hargus, Project: 80 Whippoorwill Circle, <br /> Mashpee, MA. Date: September 13, 2024, Prepared by: Cape 8s Islands <br /> Engineering, Stamped and signed by Charles Rowland, Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, No.: 52699, and Matt Costa, Professional Land Surveyor, No.: <br /> 52282. <br /> 3. 80 Whippoorwill Circle: A.1: Existing Floor Plans, A.2: Existing Elevations, <br /> A.3: Proposed Floor Plans, A.4: Proposed Elevations, A.5: Proposed <br /> Elevations. Date: 8/15/24. Prepared by: Testa Engineering Associates. <br /> 4. Conditioned on all Town Department comments read into the record <br /> including but not limited to the Conservation Department and Board of <br /> Health. <br /> 5.
