It was noted that a water problem developed after the construction of Ockway flij,.hlands. ]"he developer rectified the problem with pi.ping tball is now clogged. Mr. Dorsey indicated that he signed an. agreement which was stamped and notarized by the Planning Board regarding the maintenance of the entire length of Blue Castle Drive. In. concern Mr. 113orsey stated that naw, the Planning Board wants to change the narrative that he is not in f4vor of Leo, Wise a resident of'97 Blue Castlespoke in support, of the road reconversion. Mr.'Wise indicated that he pays taxes, and would. like to have the road to standard. NUchael Berridge, 1.9 Blue, Castle stated that tie Purchased his horne in 1998. 1 le has paid f.b.. r the water inain, and. now he is being asked to pay ft)r the r=1 reconstruction vVhen this ,should have been completed by the developer. Mr. Btxrridge indicated that tie has a substantial arnount of frontage on. the road with. many cedar trees that are planted for privacy and drainage control. There is concern to the loss of the niahire trees, and of cars that may increase their speed. 'Fheresa Ronhock ', 104 DeGrass Road, an al-nifter of'Blue Castle stated there is a public safbty issue, to the unpaved road areas that may create an access problern. to the homes and wooded areas. It was noted time problems are multi -layered as there are trash piles on conservation hand., and trailers parked in the area. T-atruny Wise, 97 Blue Castle noted. the pro stinaseer will not deliver mail on the dirt road. areas while tile paved areas have regular postal delivery. In closing, the Director of"Public Worics indicated that, Carriage Road. is not part of the Blue Castle subdivision, and will not rec(;:.,ive any iniprovernents. All road areas within the project will include drainage with. the 4.0" road layout, crown and pitch. 'rhe road will be wide enough for public safety vehicles.
