Unanimous. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes <br />Selectman Wyman -Colombo, yes Selectman Cotton, yes <br />Selectman O'Hara, yes Opposed, none <br />..._........._.... inn p „w Road Conversion of BlueCastleDrive: <br />Public Hearin Private to Public <br />The Select Board opened the Public Hearing by reading aloud the notice to address the private to public road <br />conversion of Blue Castle Drive in Mashpee as shown on plans entitled "Road Taking Plan Blue Castle <br />Drive" dated November 15, 2024 as prepared by Cape & Islands Engineering. <br />Catherine Laurent, Director of Public Works was in attendance to discuss and answer questions regarding <br />the road conversion with the Select Board and interested public. The total estimated betterment cost is <br />$267,755, a $10,298.27 cost to be borne by (26) property owners. <br />This is the second step in the process which requires a second petition consisting of more than 50% of the <br />property owners (50% +l) due on or before February 10, 2025 for inclusion on the May 2025 Town <br />Meeting warrant. <br />Of the 2,050 total road length, approximately 950' is excluded from the cost projection. <br />
