of MASFce
INC. IBIN
n
AOTamnw M
Board
North
16 Great Neck Road
Mashpee, Massachusetts 02649
Roll Call Vote:
Mr. Balzarini: Yes, Ms. Waygan: Yes, Mr. Oakley: Yes, Ms. Faulkner: Yes, Mr.
Richardson: Yes, Mr. Hansen: Yes
The Board was sent photos by Consulting Engineer, Ed Pesce. Mr. Balzarini went over there.
The Building Inspector is not going to enforce anything. What was discussed in our last
meeting stands. He can have his lawyers contact ours. The $2,000 was held back for work that
the Board did not feel was done satisfactorily. The Board can choose not to take advice from
the consulting engineer. One dirt pile is still there and there is grass growing in the drainage.
We should inform Mr. Collins, Town Manager, he may be getting a letter and we may need KP
Law.
BOARD ENGINEER REPORT
No changes. Osprey Court is waiting for the stormwater treatment unit. The contractor will
reach out to Mr. Pesce when it is ready to install.
CHAIRS REPORT
Ms. Waygan went to Vision Zero. They will have two more sessions. This pertains to
pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, and drivers safety on Cape roads. They will identify
problem areas and prioritize funds for improvements. Ms. Waygan instructed viewers to
Google Cape Cod Commission Vision Zero and it will bring you to the website. There is a map,
and she would love for someone to come demonstrate how to use and identify intersections as
a group and input comments.
On Tuesday, December 10t" and Wednesday, December 11t" the Land Bank will hold a public
meeting, Ms. Waygan will forward the link. She would like to ensure town character,
architecture, and site design preferences are part of this effort.
TOWN PLANNER REPORT
There is a letter addressed to Ms. Waygan regarding the arborist's plan approved at
Windchime. Ms. Faulkner noted this company does what they say, she has no issues with
them and recommends the Board accept the contents of this letter.
MOTION:
Ms. Faulkner made a motion to approve and proceed with the plan presented for
the Windchime arborist tree replacement. Seconded by Mr. Balzarini. All in favor.
7
