The base level is going to go way up.
Within Popponesset, there is not much one could do without triggering the 50%, it is built out
and the homes are old. You hope that some of these homes are migrating to upgrade, but
many are not resilient.
Ms. Waygan noted the Municipal Vulnerability Plan that worked with the Woods Hole Group,
their resiliency plan checked all those boxes like low lying roads, pilings, retreats, and more.
NEW BUSINESS
Review of 6 proposed Community Preservation Funding applications for May Town
Meeting
Request for money to study feasibility to move a cranberry bog house. The applicant was
asked for more details. The Historical Commission submitted this application overnight to save
this building after the newspaper article on September 27t" talked about demolition.
Boys and Girls Club- Pickleball court in the gym
LeClair Village - Playground
Funds to restore ancient burial grounds
Boat ramp at Mashpee Wakeby — DPW is requesting $350,000, for a total cost of $1.4 Million.
Ms. Waygan will inquire about the boat ramp being state-owned.
Release of Tripartite agreement
MOTION:
Mr. Balzarini made a motion to add Release of Tripartite Agreement to the Agenda.
Seconded by Mr. Richardson.
