Town of Mashpee Sewer Commission <br /> 07 <br /> 16 Great Neck Road North <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Chair's Report <br /> The Chair reported that she had drafted the Sewer Commission's Annual Report which had been shared <br /> with all the members of the Commission for their review and feedback. <br /> She also stated that a letter would be distributed to Sea Oaks based on their approval at the last meeting. <br /> The Chair requested the status update on the fence at Summerwood. Mr. Meader stated that it had been <br /> installed, but there were a few pieces that they needed to finish, but that it would be complete in the <br /> coming days. He noted that he had received feedback already and that the overall consensus was it looked <br /> great. <br /> The Chair then alerted everyone that at the Select Board meeting on Monday, December 16th at 6:30 pm, <br /> there would be a report on the Mashpee Wakeby Pond study. <br /> The Chair asked for any additional questions and comments. Mr. Lyons stated that he'd like to make a <br /> recommended change to her Annual Report with respect to the Intermunical Agreements and that they <br /> have been confirmed. The Chair stated that any changes can be sent to her <br /> Wastewater Superintendent Update <br /> Mr. Meader updated the Commission that Ms. Ashley Fisher has given him a proposal on a Fresh Water <br /> Committee and he's currently reviewing and will present back to the Commission in the near future. <br /> Website <br /> No update as it was stated above. <br /> Adiournment <br /> Motion made by Mr.Towle to adjourn at 2:40 p.m. Motion seconded by Mr. Lyons.
