It was rioted there is a, lot of research being conducted in compiling the l,ist of ri'ames. <br />A special advisory committee has been formed to oversee the proJect. 'this, includes Historical <br />(".ornmission. members, representation frorn the VFW Post 115489 and veteran members of the Warnpanoag <br />community, It was recommended that additional space be included on, the monument to addnarnes if <br />required for the veterans who participated in the above refierenced wars. <br />Motion made by Selectman O"Hara to support the application of the Historical Commission for CRC, <br />funding to complete the Veterans War Monument Phase 11 project as described. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman Cotton. <br />VOTIE: 5-0. TheTown ofFaIrriOLIth was rioted to have started <br />endeavors to focus on fresh water bodies, With the Select Board's support it is hopefulthis initiative <br />would begin soon, Currently there are, no TMD1,'s recommended for porids. <br />LIAISON REPORTS <br />Environmental Over siglit Conimittee: The EOC' is supportive of converting the Lake Management <br />C"'ornmittee to as Fresh Water Advisory Corninittee, The topic will be discussed at the next EOC Meeting <br />with recarnmenclations tbrtlicorning to be f6tivarded to the Select Board, Susan [)angel was rioted to be <br />involved in the process attending regular EOC Meetings. <br />Schools: The recent lure all the Mashpee Middle/1-figh School was reported, The School Department was <br />acknowledged for their actions and sound comniunication. The fire was contained on the roof over the <br />gymnasium. There are no reported injuries. <br />
