Why not just say make it less detrimental? <br /> <br />Potential Demolition Delay Bylaw <br />The bylaw excludes the Historic District of the applicability of the demolition bylaw. <br /> <br />Potential Amendment to other sections of the Zoning Bylaw including the Special <br />Permitting Process, Short Term Rentals, and how to regulate parcels which lie in two or <br />more zoning districts. <br />Short Term Rentals were briefly discussed. You can rent rooms in the bylaw. We will continue <br />to work on this with Town Planner. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />May Town Meeting Articles- Deadline for Submission February 10, 4:30PM <br />Working on minimum size for ADUs. <br /> <br />Cape Cod Commission Update to the Regional Policy Plan <br />Focus groups have started. Ms. Waygan asked Mr. Tobin to join the housing focus group for <br />th <br />Mashpee. This is being held at the Cape Cod Commission on February 28. <br /> <br />Vote on Planning Board 2025 Meeting Schedule <br />MOTION: <br />Mr. Richardson made a motion to cancel the October 1, 2025 meeting and <br />approve the 2025 Meeting Schedule as amended. Seconded by Mr. Balzarini.
