MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> DECEMBER 14, 2016 <br /> g <br /> 4. Conditioned upon all department comments read into the record. <br /> Mr. Pittsley seconded. All were in favor of the Written Finding for the raze and replace <br /> project. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Variance to Rosemary Corderi at 67 Shore Drive, <br /> Mashpee, MA, in the amount of 1.4 ft. from the front yard setback, and 2.0 ft. for the side <br /> yard setback. Also conditioned on all comments read into the record. <br /> Mr. Pittsley seconded. All were in favor of the Variance request for the raze and replace <br /> project. <br /> 6 Cross Tree Way: Owners,Lori and Michael K. Bloom request a Written Finding under <br /> §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a single-family dwelling on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 112 Parcel 20,Mashpee, MA. <br /> 6 Cross Tree Way: Owners, Lori and Michael K. Bloom request a Variance from lot <br /> coverage under §174-31, and §174-33 setback from water and wetlands of the Zoning <br /> Bylaws to raze and replace a single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District,Map 112 Parcel 20, Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Joe Colasuonno, New Seabury represented the applicants for the raze and replace <br /> project. They propose to tear down two existing structures and rebuild a new home and <br /> pool. He said the project meets the front, side, and rear yard setbacks. The lot coverage is <br /> 19.97%, and the upland lot area is 20,904 sq. ft. The building height is 35 ft. There will be <br /> anew septic system installed. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell read the Conservation comments into the record and was approved. <br /> Mr. Bonvie read the Board of Health, and the Inspection Department comments into the <br /> record. <br /> The Board had a discussion regarding Section 174-33 variance setbacks from the water and <br /> wetlands, and understood that it was requested by the applicant. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Written Finding with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Craig A.
