MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 8, 2025 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Mr. Bonvie read the four Variance criteria requirements to the Board. <br /> Attorney Kirrane believes that there are only two criteria that does not meet the <br /> criteria comparing to other houses in the neighborhood. <br /> Attorney Kirrane believes that decreasing the size of the house will decrease the <br /> value of the home. Mr. Goldstein stated that in his opinion by eliminating the decks <br /> would decrease the percentage of the lot. <br /> Ms. Sangeleer agrees that the house can be reduced, Mr. Blaisdell, agrees, Mr. <br /> Goldstein, agrees, and Mr. Furbush, agrees. <br /> Attorney Kirrane requested a continuance of both applications until the next <br /> available date. <br /> Mr. Bonvie asked for a motion to accept the extension request of the Special Permit <br /> request until February 12, 2025. Ms. Ganzenmuller, second. All were in favor. <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Blaisdell, second.
