It was also
noted during the Transition Study that the grade in many cases did not visibly slope away from the
structure, which is a concern as it may lead to future water issues. Attached please find the
requested report documenting the existing siding height above grade as well as qualitative
observations of the grade around the homes. Please note only a MA-licensed surveyor can provide
defensible quantitative data on the elevation and slope of the grade and patios--details on how to
obtain this data are discussed further in the report.
Criterium-Dudka Engineers appreciates this opportunity to assist you, please do not hesitate to
contact us with any further questions at 844-885-0153
Best regards,
CRITERIUM-DUDKA ENGINEERS
Chad Smutzer, P.E.
Field Engineer
Criterium Dudka Engineers
BUILDING INSPECTION ENGINEERS Visit our website:
PROUDLY SERVING www.criterium-dudka.com
NOKR&WgIs ase III 1
Mashpee, MA
