MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> FEBRUARY 12, 2025 <br /> Mr. Furbush made a motion to close the public hearing. Ms. Sangeleer second. <br /> All were in favor to close the public hearing. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board issue a Written Finding to Owner, <br /> Carol A. Marasa requests a Written Finding under §174-17 to allow for <br /> construction of a farmer's porch to the front of a pre-existing, nonconforming <br /> dwelling, and enclose an existing deck to a three season porch on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 120, Parcel 105, Mashpee, MA with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a <br /> Written Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2. Site Plan - 33 Russell Road, Mashpee, MA. Prepared for Murray <br /> Construction, Cauley Site Services, LLC, Date: 07/24/24, Scale: 1" = 20', <br /> Drawn by: SAP, Sheet 1 of 1, Revised: 11/20/24, and 01/08/25. Stamped <br /> and signed by: Richard J. Hood, No.: 3 503 1, Date: January 9, 2025. <br /> 3. Building Plan: Prepared for: Marasa Residence, 33 Russell Rd., Mashpee, <br /> MA.
