"This Board is not granting variance <br /> relief for a mounded system to create 4' to groundwater as <br /> there is 4' of naturally occurring permeable soil . " "Vari- <br /> ance relief is sought due to the layout of the house, topog- <br /> raphy of the land and the system which must be vaulted. " <br /> Mr. Ball motioned to issue the septic permit based on <br /> previously approved plans and D.E.P.
