MINUTES January 7, 1993 6 BOARD OF HEALTH with the stipulation D.E.P. concurred. " "D.E.P, requested revisions to the plans which were made, resubmitted and sub- sequently approved. " "Approval was obtained from the Conser- vation Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. " Mr. Greelish questioned Board members as to whether they are- agreeable to the revisions requested by D.E.P. Mr. McQuaid stated, "I am not opposed to the revisions as requested by D.E.P. "This Board is not granting variance relief for a mounded system to create 4' to groundwater as there is 4' of naturally occurring permeable soil . " "Vari- ance relief is sought due to the layout of the house, topog- raphy of the land and the system which must be vaulted. " Mr. Ball motioned to issue the septic permit based on previously approved plans and D.E.P. 's concurrence, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. 2. ) Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of December 3 , 1992, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. Mr. Doherty motioned to accept the minutes of December 10, 1992, Mr. Ball seconded, all agreed. At 5: 50 p.m. Mr. Ball motioned to enter into Executive Ses- sion, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. The meeting reconvened at 9 : 26 p..m. 3 : ) A.T.M. article requesting transfer of funds - Mr. McQuaid informed Board members funds were appropriated through the last annual town meeting for the purchase of stickers. - "Funds will be transferred from the trash ac- count. " Acknowledged. 4. ) Preliminary subdivision plan "Flat Pond" , New Seabury - Mr. Greelish commented, "plans are inadequate as septic loca- tions are not delineated on plans" . Mr. Bali stated, "the wetlands delineation was also omitted" . Mr. Greelish directed Mr. McQuaid to inform the engineer plans are inadequate and must be resubmitted delineating sep- tic, topography and wetlands delineations. 41 ti } ,
